That really up to you. your call. The more you put in front of the cooling system just takes away from it. But that said, you can put fans on them and mount them where you want. Out here where I live Southern New Mexico we stay near 100 plus. I have to climb leaving West 1000 feet and East 5000 feet so I like to keep things cool. Just size them to your weight. put the old one on the power steering and new one on Tran, or replace both.
