1989 Chevrolet bravo/p30

Hello everyone my name is Robert I have a 36 foot 1989 chevy Bravo p30 chassis that was made by Honeywell when I bought a Motorhome it had no leaf springs on it. it had rear coils on a dual axle. I have no idea what kind of leaf springs or what kind of hardware I need to try and turn this around and fix it. I don't know if I should just put airbags on it to lift the back end up and if so what type of air bags I should get someone please help me with this so I know which way to go

  • I added airbagsAir Lift a few years ago to my 1990 p32. I did have new leaf springs put on back about 6-8 years ago. The air bags not only was able to get the rear end up nut actually made the ride better. I went with Air Lift air bags. One of the good things I did for the MH.
  • I would put air bags inside the coil springs, if the springs are wore out than replace them 1st, no need to go to leaf springs, 36 foot is a lot of motorhome on those old P-30 chassis.
