Please see comments and question below, will start try these when I get home:
#1 battery to relay straight run and good, 6+/- wires on same post connections all have power, 2nd small post has another 6+/- wires no power, but 1st to 2nd post completes circuit with light tester, 3rd wire to starter, 4th small post is empty. Will check for fusible links, should they be on constant side or on 2nd post which appears to be a ground to me (unitl relay switchs maybe).
#2 Will try this also but wasn't getting any power on any of the points on the harness (male) side of the plug. So its not even a hold to start issue, its a ON position no power issue.
#3 What, Where, and What might a chassis power switch look like???
