Does anyone own this same model? They are hard to find so I am wondering why? Any advice on this RV would be greatly appreciated. Or does anyone know about this particular make and model. Thank you...

I've never owned one so, I can't give you any advice on that model.
However, if you decide to buy, check the age of the tires. RV tires usually age out before they wear out.
I like the older RV's, they have class.
