After all your input I put 10w 30 sn in it Havoline the clincher was heat . I read post on search in Google that said thinker oil would cause more heat and lead to more issues. and as you guys said cold starts the thinner oil is better . after all the reading trick is to change your oil more often in extreme conditions. any time you think wow its over 95f for 5 days driving 2000 miles . change oil early . and oil sitting 1 year the 10w part the additives brake down and collect moisture so change before a big trip .on the cooling part as we talked my electric fan in front of radiator when that kicks on it drops the temp 20+ degrees pretty fast I was very surprised. but makes me worry also it looks like its never been changed yes its a 1992 fan and its big covers whole radiator top to bottom . but its working good right now . :) But if it stopped working I can see there be some serious issues . shes a hot running beast . thanks again for all the info .
