Mine's a older P30 (1989). The only electric fan on mine is for the dash ac and it's controlled from the ac compressor head pressure switch, if you are running the dash air and turn the key off and right back on but not restarting the engine, the ac fan in front of the condenser will come on till the Freon pressure drops below the switches set point, something like 250psi.
OK I will have a closer look at mine.
I was thinking its running even when air conditioners off . will let you know.
