Look on the inside AC cover and see if it has a red LED on it. If so, your Bounder came with a 5 watt solar panel mounted on the AC (front if you have 2 ACs). Will say solar monitor beside the LED. That panel fed the BCC through the fuse that you are questioning. The panel was supposed to be a battery maintainer. Not worth fixing it it breaks.
