Found a power panel that contains a bunch of fuses, but don't see anything which remotely looks like could be a fused link.

Haven't checked engine compartment yet but did look at, and around, the starter, and nothing. See on the wiring diagram how there's a handful of fused links, one going to the ignition, another to the headlights, one to stop lamp switch, and one more to the brake pump relay.
Will look some more tonight before dark.
BTW, was in Moses Lake this past fall, it's a really nice place! Stayed at small RV park right on the lake, was wonderful.
