I have a 92 Winnie on a P30 chassis. Mine ran warm, but that was because of my radiator fins being clogged. Other than that, it's been a good rig. For the price that these things are selling for, you could buy it and put quite a bit of money in it and still be ahead of the game. I installed new carpet (easy) and resealed the top. I'd recommend walking around the roof to see if you feel any soft spots and look in the tail pipe to see if the engine burns clean. Good luck.
