I have a 1994 georgie boy on the P30 chassis, with the 454, it's a 28 ft. pursuit model. It is a well built coach, compared to fleetwood and forest river, which we have owned both. The coach has plenty of power to do the job, haven't had the exhaust manifolds crack on this one yet and it has 75k miles. It is throttle body injected, simple technology and works fine. I get about 8mpg also. I recently replaced the airbags inside of the coils springs. What a pain in the rear, never again. I will buy the super springs next time the airbags are dry rotted. We had exhaust manifolds crack badly on our 1982 fleetwood southwind with the 454/carbureted. They cracked so bad there was actually a gap in the manifolds, burning holes in the spark plug wires. That P30 was an ok rig, but it had it's problems. Look at the water capacity, mine only holds about 40 gallons which isn't very much. Mine drives good and holds the road just fine after a $1400 alignment job. Mine doesn't sit level either, even with 100 psi in the front airbags. It is nose-down, maybe the springs are just totally worn out. There are plenty of them on the road and will serve their purpouse. Is it the wide body or the 8' wide model? Mine is 8' wide with no slide, so it's a little tight in there but does the job fine for 2 people.
