Have you contacted Fleetwood and requested a wiring diagram, that's about all you can get from them and it may be generic. I think that one of the relays up front connects engine alternator to house battery(s)while driving.The other may be for the emergency start setup. I have a 2004 Tioga and don't know much more about this stuff. You might want to post questions in the "tech" forums.
