1996 Ford F53 fuel line quick connects, what size ?

the fuel filter in mounted on the inside of the drivers side frame rail uses quick connect fittings i want to add an inline fuel pump at the output side of the filter to boost fuel pressure to the ...

connectors are NOT plastic
they are metal
the need a special insert sleeve tool to release them
little round doohickey with a raise 'flange'? that pushes into the fitting to release it



this is my fuel filter



the chassis is 1996 F53 mfg sept 1996,
RV is 1997 Bounder mfg feb 97
