1996 Winnebago Adventurer fiberglass repair question.

I have a couple of spots on my RV that are damaged and I'd like to know how to approach DIY fixing the two issues. Attached are the pictures. The one with the finger pointing is about 6 feet off ...

where do you see that Eternabond was used?


the lower break sure looks to me like there is tape stickum residue left on it.
