I would look at the 120 V circuit breakers and see if one is turned off. I have a 97 Patriot mine are located on the drivers side very rear of the coach over the closet next to the bed.
Also check near the kitchen sink. Just to the right of it below the counter there are two switches (on my coach) one for the water pump the other for the water heater.
I have an Aqua hot system so the information may not help.

I do have two switches on the right side of the kitchen sink and the closest one to the middle says heater fan on/off the other says water pump. Breakers and fuses are ok. Thank you for responding to my post I appreciate it.
