1998 is now 15 years old despite the mileage. Even when it is stored inside and used infrequently, this puts stress on things like the A/C, tires, drying and cracking of rubber hoses and gaskets, etc. You would need to have this RV gone over by an RV dealership that does careful assessments of functionality or the RV portion, and then a mechanic who looks at the function of the truck itself. Just mileage and "appearance" cannot be used to determine price. You need to know the "lifespan" of things like the refrigerator and how much a replacement would be, the lifespan of the generator and how much a replacement would be, etc. etc. I am sure there is a checklist online, but a good RV dealership is essential unless you have that kind of knowledge to do it yourself.
