Scott,
the wiring from the plug isn't connected to anything. WHen I looked at it the wire connectors and screws to the terminals were corroded so I simply put a new set of terminals. They cannot affect the coach light operation when not connected.
I do not know if the brake lights/hazards were working, I tool the coach out of storage last month but frankly did not check the lights as they were working when put away (as far as I know)
FoMoCo says there is only one flasher relay on a 99 F53. All fuses seems to be good, checked twice.
No separate set of fuses for trailer plug.
Multi Function switch is the turn signal stalk, everything (brake lights, flashers, turn signals) runs through there. This way, the flashers override the turn signals and brake lights when operated.
