Have Bridgestone 250's on the front. When I first had them put on, I thought the front end felt 'greasy'. About 300 miles later I became VERY happy with them.
Be sure to use Bridgestone psi and load the front axle. I would guess that some sort of mold release needs to be worn off the new tires before you can drive with one hand (or finger) again.
