I called allison today, and this transmission (MD3060) doesn't have a neutral safety switch on it. I did get it started and moved today but not with the key. I used a push button switch right to the starter.
I'm going to run a new wire from the ignition switch to the start solenoid and see if I have a bad piece of wire somewhere. Allison also told me there is a black box "under the dash somewhere". I took the dash apart and couldn't find it.
But supposedly this box is black, 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2" and contains 6 relays and 4 fuses. They say a fuse or relay gone bad here will cause my problem. Gonna keep looking. Thanks for all the help.
