But supposedly this box is black, 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2" and contains 6 relays and 4 fuses. They say a fuse or relay gone bad here will cause my problem. Gonna keep looking. Thanks for all the help.
On the 2000 Holiday Rambler Endeavor (freightliner chassis) that I had, I found the box you describe in a storage bay, driver side, forward of rear wheel. In this compartment, it had a black box that was attached to the top of the bin. Inside this large black box was the tranny computer, the VDC, and one other component if I remember correctly. Your 1999 is probably built the same so look in the storage bays.
