I would not recommend using the Progressive emergency road service. I had a very bad experience with them. Seems that they don't want to pay the going rate for a tow truck, so they have a VERY hard time getting one to come out. I had cancelled my Coach-Net plan and used the Progressive because it was much less expensive. After that experience I immediately went back to Coach-Net.
As an aside, I like their insurance, and have had them for quite a few years, but I would not recommend using their emergency road service.
