Have you ever own a F53 with 16 inch tires? Or are you just reciting what you've read on this forum?
nope, I waited till they improved their chassis. and yes, I have talked to owners of them. but all you need to do is check out the spec. sticker on them. my 99 had 4,100 lbs. of carrying capacity, the old chassis needed to tack on a tag axle for anything over 3? ft in length. they produced a vastly superior chassis, but when one looks at a 2000 RV it could have been built on an old chassis.

Thanks for all the replies. The pictures really helped with inspection turns out the whole drivers side ceiling from slideback thru bedroom had water marks and the bathroom ceiling was deformed. Decided to pass on this one.
Good call, and unfortunately quit common with Winnies of that age.
Some times a fiberglass roof isn't all it's cracked up to be. :W - Romer1ExplorerThanks for all the replies. - Patrol_65ExplorerThe leak up front is probably coming from the seam in that area where the roof meets the side of the coach or where the front cap meets the roof. A little dicor will seal it. Carefully inspect the seal around the skylight. It may look okay but pull and push on it to be sure that the dicor sealant is adhering to the roof. These are easy fixes and should not be considered a deal breaker. Nice coach! By the way, I have the same cloth upholstery on my sofa and booth benches.

Here's the coach:

It looks to be in great shape. I did see a couple of things you might want to take a closer look at. It may very well be just how it looks in the pictures, but up front there was a mark, and around the skylight looked a little suspect. On the '01 in the earlier pictures it also had a leak in the skylight, so it's something to be aware of.
Up front...
Around the skylight...

Good eye. I concur that the skylight has been or is leaking. The question is for how long and id it just drip down the wall into the pan or did it travel down to the floor anywhere.
