We have a similar MH and have been pleased with it. I did go around the roof seam to the side walls and re-caulked it. There can also be problems on the rear vertical corners near the bottom. I found rotted wood under them after I hit something and repaired that myself.
I suspect there are a lot of 10+ year old MH's that have some rot if you start tearing into them----------especially if they are always parked outside.
