2000 Powertech diesel not cranking fast enough to start.

Morning all. We have a new to us Country Coach Allure that has a slow starting generator. When starting generator we hit the glow plugs for a few then hit start. It turns over real slow like a dead...

Have someone go through the start sequence while you use a digital voltmeter to check voltage at the generator. Check between positive lug and generator ground and then positive lug and good ground on chassis metal to see if it may be a ground-side issue.
