Hello, I'm looking at purchasing a 2001 Minnie Winnie 31c. I was wondering if anyone owned one and can provide any information about the rv. I'm looking for pros and cons. Also what do you think a go...

We love our 2003 Minnie. We have owned her for three years. Would we purchase again? YES! The dollar investment was much less overall than a newer rig.
Last year we replaced the original tires and batteries. We replaced the sewer hose, and do regular engine maintenance. We replaced the old heavy tv with a light weight flat screen. The microwave was one of the recalled Samsungs. Samsung sent us a check and we bought and installed a new one. BTW tank sensors seldom work correctly no matter what the age. :-)
Have a mechanic check it. Check for any water damage (sight and smell).
