Good catch on that,I have done that too, but it still doesn't explain why new members cant post pictures,I have seen a few recently.
Take This post for an example. A new member posted this and the pictures came thru,I saw them back on 12/1/15.
This one too it was there now it's gone.
Now after the revamp and the tweeks to the spam block for new members,like them, the pictures are gone.
