Having a rig sit for 3 months is no big deal ... most of us let our rigs sit that long during the winter months w/o experiencing a problem. And gas sitting that long should not present a problem for an E450 - I doubt seafoam is going to solve your issue.
Agree with Wizard ... having a stuck IAC would be something to rule out.
