2003 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36r

Question

Going with my brother-in-law to look at a 2003 Pace Arrow 36R today.  We both are aware of the general things to check, roof, appliances, water leaks, tires, but was wondering if there was anything specific to this model we should pay particularly close attention to. He is a mechanic and very capable of checking engine and suspension and such. I have owned three MHs and can help with the interior of coach. Searching the forums I didn't find anything negative when it came to the Fleetwood models but thought I might ask the experts here before we go.

I was told to check windows for leaks/condensation.

Have a 2003 38B, great unit.  Window condensation has never been a proble.  About to retire the olde girl.  Will miss her.Bob

Check to see if the tires have been replaced. If not you will have to do so. Also you will need to consider the TVs as they will need to be updated to receive a signal today. Good luck with your decision.

Had an '03 for awhile. Great unit. One issue I found with mine was one of the rear spring hangers was cracked part way thru. Didn't even notice it until after putting a few thousand miles on it but it never caused an issue and then we fixed it. Just something you may want to check.
