Palisades,
just wondering, what kind of rig, engine, drive train, diesel-gas, what? More info might help someone help you. Second, do you have "Amber" turn signals on the rear of your coach or Red ones? If you have just red ones, you'll have a two filament system and, to check to see if part of the circuit is working, apply the brakes and see if they light up back there. If they do, you've got part of the circuit working. It's just the turn signal and four-way system that's inop.
Not probable but remotely possible is the fact that you may have burnt out both flashers, I doubt it though. Sometimes the switches get dirty contacts in them. I've had that happen more than once. You'll have to get out a 12V test light and start checking power at various points in the four-way and turn signal circuits. If the fuses are good and, by the way, do check both sides of the fuse with the 12V test light. Sometimes, rare but, can happen, the contacts in a fuse base get dirty or slightly corroded and your continuity is broken down.
Let us know what you find so that others (with the same possible chassis/coach) may learn.
