2003 Fleetwood Revolution - turn signal problems

My turn signals and hazard flasher do not work today. I checked the fuse that the schematic shows as "Turn Signal 10A" and it is not burned out. That is in fuse/relay Box 1 in exterior compartment o...

Go to the battery compartment. There is a fuse box on back wall there as well.
