We have owned the 2003 Minnie in my signature below since new - 14 years. It now has 107,000 miles on the odometer and is going strong. Largest maintenance cost so far has been two sets of new tires. All other scheduled maintenance and upgrades have been done by me in the driveway (I'm 74 yo now).
As already mentioned, look for water damage.
