Does anyone have experience in flat towing a 2004 ford explorer sport trac 4x4 over 55 mph which towing set up is recommend

If im not mistaken, if its auto, the best way to tow a 4x4 (NOT AWD) is to disable 4x4, put it up on a tow dolly, and drop the drive shaft.
