Well the above list includes at least 4 things related to poor fuel delivery. How do you figure that it is not "likely" ??
Hard to start and running rough certainly ARE symptoms of low fuel pressure.
It is possible, but in my experience and within the list of possible causes of the fault, fuel pressure was way down on the list. In very general terms, low fuel pressure would cause the engine to stop, not miss as the OP described. He is describing rough idle. With fuel injection, when the fuel is not available or not being delivered in sufficient quantities, the engine simply stops.
A dozen doughnuts says it's ignition / electrical related.
