At 13 years of ownership this is not something I'm worried about as they are foamed in place and Monaco did not use cheap hoses. Instead of trying to replace you would just run a new hose in a new location... impossible to get the old one out.
The woodwork is very solid and other than one swing out kitchen counter, I've never had any problems... screws pulled out when one of the two latches did not latch which was operator error.
With a true Jake brake, I will never wear my brakes out and the solid front axle is probably good for 1,000,000 miles as are the drive and tag axles.
