How long has the RV been parked? If the health issues has had it sitting in 1 spot for a year or so I would seriously consider new tires. However, as mentioned above, if the tires look good and show no signs of cracking on the sidewalls I would say that you have at least a good year or 2 before replacement would be necessary. You will just need to keep an eye on the tires as the cracking can develop quickly.
