my 2006 Lexor TD uses a SP- 16023A.
I recently thought I had a problem and went through testing and researching an alternative should mine be duff- the best choice seemed to be same again type unit.
mine checked out good-
For what it's worth the problem observed was related to the van being on shore power AND a trickle charger on the chassis battery connected to my house- same source as shore power...and a loop through the ground.
testing is quick and easy outlined on the SP website under the installation instructions .pdf- also youtube videos...some better than others
