There is only one motor for the slide. If the back is not moving than there is either something blocking it or a sheer pin has failed.
Look in the bay under the slid and see it the shaft to the rear roller is moving , if so than something is blocking the slide out from moving. If the shaft is not moving and front part is than one of the sheer pins has failed.
If a sheer pin has failed you need to figure out why the pressure to move the slide was so great as to sheer the pin.
