As said previously there is only one drive motor. If the drive line is intact, no sheared pins, check the the drive gear on the rack end that is not moving. These are weak and can shatter if overloaded. Also to realign the slide there is a clutch disengagement lever on the motor so that you can manually move the slide with some effort to a reasonable proximity fore and aft. Hopefully something as simple as a shear pin.
If it is a shear pin, check for an obstruction.
