You can gOOgle "navy toilet bomb" and see more about it. A forward air controller reported "It whistled all the way down" but the prank nearly went very wrong. It would seem that a toilet has vastly different aerodynamic characteristics than a bomb, to say the least. As a result another plane in the formation nearly flew into the thing. Then there's the nightmare for the author of mishap reports. How do you document a collision with a flying...toilet?
