Don't be overly impressed by the low mileage, you will find that many RV's have low mileage.
If it's too low it means the RV didn't move much. I think the average mileage force motor home is about 4000 miles a year?
Also, RV tires usually age out before they wear out. Learn how to read the age code on the side of tires.
You may have to factor in the price of new tires when negotiating the purchase price of the RV.
Just because they have good tread doesn't mean they're good.
Do not be in a hurry to buy, there are a lot of good deals out there.
