2007 Chevy Trail Lite Motorhome -Is this a good deal?? Newby

Tires..date of manufacture. How long has it sat, our 2004 213 Trail-Lite on a Chevrolet 3500 sat for several years with non-stabilized fuel. Had to change fuel pump & filter, on trip in August 2012... $800. Ours had around 8,000 miles in April of 2012 when we bought it. Changed all belts, fluids, hoses and tires after purchase for $25,000.
