Since Teacher's Pet is my DH, I will answer. We love it. In fact, we bought it for an Alaska trip where it performed flawlessly. We decided to keep it and use it to do some east coast camping where state parks are small and not kind to our 40' Phaeton.
It does have some down sides. Ours does not have a bed. We knock down the dinette and sofa, put down an air mattress and sleep.Takes 10 minutes to knock down and another 10 to set up. The battery hatch was hard to get to and we wanted to add a battery. We had that done for us and we put in the AGM's which don't need maintenance. Works great.
It has no slides, which is what we wanted for the Alaska trip. Since then we have added two dogs. They are easy to get along with, but it is a little more crowded.
It's great to drive, very solid, no leaks, nothing coming loose. Easy to park, etc. We did add a box that slides into the hitch on the back to store stuff for the trip.
Enjoy!

Sounds like a nice coach. What model is it?
