Likely the tires are original and if so MUST be changed soon.
If the batteries are original, they might be due too.
And regardless of what "condition" it's in, there likely will be other things that crop up that the current owner might not even be aware of. That is regardless of the make and model.
I got my C with a bit higher mileage but about the same age at roughly the same price but have put an additional $3k into it for tires and other misc. items. I'm still happy with it though.
