Thanks for the replies. I'm going to look at it today. Since it would be my first MH, I'm a bit hesitant, but I just can't do the hitching thing anymore with a bad back.
It's 24 foot long, but they don't state the model. The photos look great. It has the couch that makes into a bed. Since it's just me and my dogs, that would work fine. I hope to fulltime in it. They started at 38k and someone offered them 25 so I told them I would go 26 if I like it. Very nice couple but in a bind, as he's very sick. I'll have a mechanic friend go over it.
