We bought a 2005 with low miles about 3 years ago for less than that, so don't fret that you might be taking advantage of the sellers. It's probably a fair price.
As Burl said, it's a fairly well thought out and constructed entry level B+. They have the type of basic RV construction that can be vulnerable to water damage, but I don't recall any TL owners here having any water problems. If you read that huge thread that Burl linked to, you'll eventually see a lot of tips and maintenance suggestions.
The bed is uncomfy IMO, but that is a personal decision. The couch is not long enough in its stock form to sleep on lengthwise. I would try the bed before buying. A few of us took out the couch and built a flat bed.
