I didn't fix it as it was an insurance claim on the guy that hit the power line that dropped 4 power lines on my RV (and others).
One of the great things about Winnebago is the wiring diagrams are online and you can find the parts and numbers. My gut says the antenna was ripped off but the base and wiring are still ok. I'd tear into it and see how the end of the wiring looks, then you can probably order a base, caulk and new antenna and be good to go. I'm pretty sure this is the Antenna you need.
However, agree 100% with the steps that Mich F have given and his last sentence.
