2008 Coachmen Encore 40QSM Information?

I'm trying to research a 2008 Coachmen Encore 40QSM with the 330 hp Mercedes diesel but can't find much. Only a couple are listed on various RV sites so not a lot to go on.

The model is not listed on NADA and I can't find any online brochures etc.

Anyone know anything about this coach, reliability, service issues etc?


Only reason I'm looking is that I haven't sold my 99 DSDP yet and a local dealer is offering to take both my MHs on trade.

We've had a close look and it seems to be in good shape with only 17,000 miles. Need to do some research before I think of going into debt for this one.

    My coach is a 2007 Encore. I think when I got it (new), it had a little over 500 miles on the speedometer. I only have about 22,000 miles on it now, but not problems. I average about 10mpg with the 330 Mercedes and it is very adequate in moving the coach. I've had two motorhomes prior to this one powered by a 460 Ford and a 330 Caterpillar. If I had a choice, I'd go with this one.
