2008 Ford E-450 Class C- Early and Late models differences?

Reading through that document, I too was surprised to read that the current generation E350 has a 2" wider stance rear axle and hydro-boost. The document did mention the hydro-boost as an option. I wonder if it comes standard on the E350 RV package.
