Goldencrazy,
We bought our Vista at Carpenter's Campers (850-477-6666). They've done all the things we needed taken care of under the warranty, installed the hitch set-up for the Jeep and done what little non-warranty service we've needed so far. We'll take it to them for an oil change and any other service we need before we leave on our trip this fall. We've been satisfied with them and the way they've taken care of us.
Thanks for all the additional info on your modifications. Every time we go to Carpenter's for something, I try to check out the insides of some of the other Winnebagos to get ideas. I just never thought about ordering something I've seen. I seem to want to do it the hard way by figuring out how to do it myself.
gemsworld,
Thanks for the link. It sure helps to see something you're thinking about doing installed on an identical RV. You know it will fit. And you know it will work.
