It was not too difficult removing it once I had the tools to work in tight spaces. Basically you remove the vinyl cover on the bottom and that allows access. Then you remove the nuts that hold the assembly and finally lift the tv off. You will see it when you remove the vinyl. That 32 inch Jensen is heavy. A LED of similar or larger size would be considerable lighter. By the way, they now make a copycat device you plug into a tv source and then plug any tv within 50 feet into it and the signal is transmitted wirelessly. This allows you to place a tv anywhere without worrying about pulling coax. It costs about 180 bucks at Best Buy.
