2010 and 2011 Winnebago Vista 30W Owners

I have a few new questions for my fellow 30W owners. Since this is our first ever RV we're still learning. And there's so much to learn. I'm sure these won't be my last questions.

1. Our Vista has the Deluxe Graphics. But I'm not sure exactly what that means. I can tell that the smaller swoops are "stick-on" graphics because they're raised. But what about the other stuff? Is anything paint? We just want to know what's what so we can use the best product(s) to maintain our exterior. The RV is covered most of the time when not in use, but that's not going to keep it looking as new as possible, or make the bugs and road grime easier to get off.

2. I notice that both Goldencrazy and rondeb added a Safe-T Plus Stabilizer (front) and rear suspension (?). How do these differ from the front and rear stabilizer bars that our 2011 chassis came with? If you add these, do you remove the factory installed ones? (Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I really have no idea.)

"The Safe-T Plus attaches to the front, no need to remove anything. There is no rear stabilizer bars on the Vista, so the rear stablizer bar is just added."

3. The Ford logo on our steering wheel is crooked - like the wheel is slightly turned, even when we're going straight. Anyone else have this problem? If so, have you been able to resolve it? How?


"Winnebago will take care of this under warranty. Ours was exactly the same way. We had it fixed when we had the front end aligned right after we purchased it. Winnebago would not cover the alignment, but covered the steering wheel adjustment."


Thanks for taking the time to help us out with these things. Our sliding shelves are in route and we'll go get the Vista Tuesday or Wednesday to bring it home so we can install the shelves, do a mod on the water pump, stuff insulation in the front overhead and several other little things. August 25th is rapidly approaching and we still have so much to get done.
